Tyrosalata (Cheese spread)

Ingredients

Yield: About 1 cup

Feta 225 gr. (1/2 pound)
Extra-virgin Greek olive oil 3 Tbsp.
Long green pepper, seeded and chopped 1 medium
Dried chili peppers, finely chopped 2
Pepperoncini, seeded and chopped 1
Oregano 2 tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Lemon, juiced ½ - 1

Preparation

Purée peppers, feta, oregano, and black pepper in blender or food processor, slowly adding the extra-virgin Greek olive oil. Season to taste with lemon juice. Serve cold or at room temperature.
